Subject: My official submissions for my agenda items.

E. Setting of meeting dates and places (Allen) 
I would like us to discuss the order in which we go to the cities in the 
rotation of the meetings. 
(a) I think we need to look at moving the Knoxville meeting to the spring 
meeting, possibly making Memphis the fall meeting and then Chattanooga meeting 
winter ... reasoning due to weather travelling concerns and conflicts with 
other events in the cities at the current rotation times. 
(b) I think the commission as a whole should set the meeting dates during the 
December meeting with all commissioners having input at that time having in mind 
the events in their areas. 

H. Recognition for departing Commissioners (Allen) 
I know tom has already told us that the plaques that Ms. Van presented to the 
departing commissioners was something she purchased herself, but I would like 
us to discuss some sort of recognition be it a plaque/certificate/???. These 
people have given their time and energy trying to aid our Indian community as 
commission members and they deserve some type of recognition. 
So there are the main ideas behind my agenda items. I look forward to more 
discussion on these at the meeting.
